Criticism [edit]

After Glamour appear that information technology would be giving an award to Caitlyn Jenner in November 2015, the married man of New York constabulary officer Moira Smith returned the "Woman of the Year" laurels that Glamour had awarded her, with an open letter to Cyndi Lieve, the magazine'due south editor-in-master.[21]

I was shocked and saddened to learn that Glamour has simply named Bruce Jenner 'Woman of the Year.' Was in that location no woman in America, or the residual of the world, more deserving than this man? I tin can merely guess that this was a publicity stunt meant to resuscitate a dying medium. Afterwards discussing this slap in the face to the memory of our Hero with my family, I have decided to return Moira's award to Glamour magazine.
